Baby Freeze Strength
Question: How do I gain the strength to lift my legs up in the air at the end of the baby freeze?
Anwser: In order to lift your legs up (and place one on your elbow), you need to :
1) Stab your elbow into the inside of your hip (with your hand on the ground and fingers pointing out to the side),
2) Place your other hand further out to the side for extra balance, and
3) lean forward and place the side/top of your head on the floor.
From this position, you practice lifting your legs off the ground (i like to try it from my knees... it makes easier).
If you're lower back is not strong enough to hold your legs up, you can simply practice lifting them up and down to get stronger.
I hope this helps!
